简介DRGDS significantly inhibits tumor cell adhesion to fibronectin, vitronectin, and RGDS-IgG substrates, but not to CS-1-IgG substrate, which is a ligand for the α4β1 tumor surface integrin receptor. DRGDS inhibited the adhesion of αvβ3 integrin-expressing SK-MEL-24 cells to fibronectin with an IC5 0 of 0.02 μM.
